Shingiro's Staff:

Shingiro employs a staff of 20 Rwandan nurses. All but one of the staff has completed only a highschool degree, and until CCHIPs arrived at Shingiro, no doctor had ever visited the clinic. CCHIPs has worked hard to recruit experienced medical professionals to train the Shingiro nurses to help build their care giving capacity. CCHIPs has also sought to help implement training programs already developed by the Rwanda MoH.
